Domain: Financial domain is required At least 5 years focused on developing process based applications using Lombardi Teamworks/BPM v7.x/BPM v 8.5 Experience with Architecture, Design and Development of BPM Workflows. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with client, partner, and IT management and staff. Must have hands-on development, deployment experience with IBM-BPM and must have implemented at least 1-2 complex business processes Successful project development using Scrum or other Agile methodology. Very familiar with SQL, AJAX, SOA, JMS, design patterns, agile methodology.
