Qualifications:* Required: • 10+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including functional and technical experience, specific to OpenLink Endur application. • Previous project management experience successfully upgrading Endur to a recent version of the application (V14+). • In depth understanding of power /natural gas physical and financial trading (front to back office) and strong business knowledge of CAISO Energy Markets • Deep understanding of structured transactions (e.g., tolling contracts). • Provide best practice recommendations to technical lead. • Strong Project Financial Skills: Budgeting, Forecasting and Tracking of Actual Spent to low levels of Detail. • Strong Interpersonal Skills. • Experience working in PMO environment as Project Lead or Project Manager for highly complex projects. • Knowledge of workforce planning, analytics theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level. • Skill in facilitating discussions and meetings as needed to perform at the job level. Specific responsibilities of this position include: § Gather, define and document project requirements. Clearly define and communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations to all members of the project team. § Independently plan work to meet project goals and drive all project related tasks to completion. § Establish Project Planning and Actual Orders and track Actuals Spent by Project Initiative and Operative Date. § Develop metrics, procedures, objectives and methods to assess project progress while utilizing established standards and quality objectives. § Record, track and communicate issues, risks, changes, and status reports within a clients Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPMc) tool. § Accurately and consistently forecast project resource, material and contract costs within clients SAP PRJ tool. § Develop and maintain up-to-date detailed project schedules and work plans. § Monitor critical project milestones, and identify ways to resolve schedule issues. § Assess project performance and implement changes as necessary to ensure the projects remain within specified cost, schedule, scope, and quality objectives. § Communicate status of all projects to stakeholders and management. § Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors and key clients. § Prepare all project documentation for closure and possible auditing activities. § Develop and implement guidelines and process documentation.
