*GIS Business Analyst* *Location: Milwaukee, WI* *Duration: 6-12 Months* *Responsibilities/Functions:* Intake of requests, including developing business requirements related to desired technology solutions and services which allow initiatives to be scoped, estimated, prioritized and approved within the overall business capability roadmap. Meet with Corporate Services stakeholders to understand and document business needs, primarily working with HR initiatives. Includes a mix of project work and management of smaller requests/enhancements. *Key Skills:* This role will transition requirements to the Service Delivery (SD) team, ensure requirements traceability, and provide support to the SD team from creation of functional specifications to implementation. They will not be technically hands on, but will need some technical background to effectively facilitate the translation of business need into technical design. They will also serve as the liaison between functional requesters and other technical teams, including Architecture, Security, and Supplier Management office. *Must Have Experience: * Responsible for the intake of requests, including developing business requirements related to desired technology solutions and services which allow initiatives to be scoped, estimated, prioritized and approved within the overall business capability roadmap. They will meet with Corporate Services stakeholders to understand and document business needs, primarily working with HR initiatives. Candidates should also have a good understanding of project processes and associated deliverables. Familiarity with time and attendance and payroll functions, SuccessFactors products and Employee Central products very helpful.
