*SharePoint Developer Duration: Contract / Full Time Location: NYC, NY* *Mode of Interview: Telephonic & Face 2 Face* *Need only GC and USC.* *Responsibilities* · The SharePoint Developer is expected to have extensive SharePoint Microsoft.NET development experience - development, configuration and implementation of solutions on enterprise initiatives. S/he should have a solid understanding of business workflows and capabilities of SharePoint Server 2013, including the new Microsoft Apps Hosting architecture. · SharePoint knowledge should include an understanding of architectural design, hands on Web Parts and Apps development, server installation, management and troubleshooting with a focus on deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations. · Participate in the technical analysis and design · Assist in documenting the technical specification · Design and create custom SharePoint 2013 Workflows · Design and create document libraries · Develop standard metrics, KPIs, and Dashboards using MSBI reporting tools, including PowerBI · Develop, test and deploy solutions and applications created for Microsoft SharePoint 2013 · Assist in the user acceptance testing · Provide initial production support and system adjustments · Conduct knowledge transfer discussion to in-house resources *Functional:* · The candidate will have abilities to work on the following functional areas: · Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Must be able to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities · Have excellent systems analysis skills with full development life-cycle & application life cycle model experience · Will be expected to help define, convey, and demonstrate SharePoint 2013 best practices · Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency · Have the ability to set and meet deadlines on multiple projects without frequent supervision *Required Experience* · BA in computer science, management or relevant field. Language Requirements: · Proficient in written and spoken English.
