*Location: **Pleasanton, CA*
*Duration: 6+ Months *
*Must have*:, *AS400, WMS, iSEries*
*Required Skills:*
- Minimum 7-8 Years of Exp in *AS 400 WMS Manhattan preferable iSEries*
- Should be well acquainted with SDLC Lifecyle and Support Model as well
including L2 and L3 Support
- Should have good leadership and communication skill
- Should be able to interact with customer for requirement handling
escalations coordinating with offshore team
- Weekly or Monthly reporting to customer about issues and on going
activities
- Should be flexible to work in extended time as and when any Critical
occurs
- He She is expected to coordinate with Product vendor 3rd party
vendor closely work with Solution Delivery client development team on new
implementations if any
- He she will be coordinating and also performing the recurring
business processes activities round the year if any 9 He She shall be
contributing and performing to create manage the knowledge management for
the applications in scope for repeated activities
