- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information
Sciences, etc.
- 6+ years work experience in a related industry (Healthcare, Insurance,
Financial Services, and/or Consulting) is preferred.
- Prior experience with RPA technologies (Blue Prism)
- Understanding of the application of current technologies (SOA, RPA,
OCR, Screen Scraping, BPM, etc.) to build holistic automated solutions
solving complex business problems
- Understanding of exception handling best practices in an RPA
environment
- Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business
applications
- Ability to plan, manage, and lead projects
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective team member and leader, capable of self-directed work
- Passion for excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%-70% annually
- MBA, MIS, or other advanced degree
