*Role :** Senior Scrum Master [Level – M/SM]*
*Job Description:*
Relevant Experience: 5+ Years
Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience as SAFE Agile Scrum Master, Managed multiple
Scrum and Kanban Teams
- Experience of working within an agile, continuous integration
environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent
active listening
- Communicate effectively with Product Owners, Stakeholders and team
members to achieve project goals
- Work closely with the scrum teams throughout the development process
- Issue Resolution: Escalate impediments, remove team roadblocks, manage
risks & dependencies.
- Team & leadership coaching including actionable feedback on Agile
practices, mindset and maturity.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified
project risks and issues to the business and IT stakeholders accordingly
and coordinate the change control process through JIRA
- Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
- Support go-live roll out
Nice to Have:
- 2+ years experience in insurance domain (Optional)
- Bring a creative approach to senior stakeholders / leadership
communications and demos (videos, bringing personas to life, etc.)
- Coach and assist with planning, organization, and sequencing to
prepare work ahead of PI’s
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
