I couldn't believe that there was no definition for underlined text
in our .css file. But after thinking for a moment, and on a web page
where underlined stuff typically relates to a hyperlink from a
visual standpoint, I can understand.

But I had a legitimate need so I created it. I wasn't sure if I
should have made it a global definition, but I figured Bruce or
Manuel would fix it if it should be something else.
