Point 1: I'm not sure we want the xkb data in /etc/X11 since it's data,
but if it's historically been there I'm ok with it. Can anyone confirm
that /etc/X11/xkb exists on one of the monoliths?
Point 2: Good point. The configuration doesn't need to be executable.
Point 3: Good point. Does XFree have the "Keyboard" driver?
Point 4: This should be fixed.
