Actually, though the home page for SLIB is at
http://www-swiss.ai.mit.edu/~jaffer/SLIB.html
the download location is the same:
http://swiss.csail.mit.edu/ftpdir/scm/
Keeping SLIB3a4 in the book for the BLFS-6.3 release.
Changed the download URL to reference the OLD directory
where the 3a4 tarball was moved. Changing the ticket to
reflect the SLIB update to the 3b1 version.
