Are you sure that ipv6 must be turned off or could it be that ipv6 must be
enabled in the kernel? Personally, I've never turned ipv6 on because I
don't know of a way to test it and I don't have any use for it.
This package is of very limited interest to me personally as I use static
addresses on my home system and only need a client for my laptop.
