"A common error is to form the plural of a noun by adding "'s" to the
singular form. Try to get out of the habit of doing this." As far as I'm
aware editor is singular. "children's books" would be correct because
children is a plural, the same goes for "women's rights", but as editor
is singular this rule doesn't apply.
