New version.
Still needs the sed to find the stylesheets.
It seems to me that only sgml docs are shuipped. I was able to create the
html versions of them with
{{{
make -C doc/src
make -C doc/src install
}}}
but there are fewer of them, only html/* and doc/TODO which now points to
their wiki.
Builds with LFS-6.7 and openssl-1.0.0a.
