I have no problems waiting.
Regarding Boost, I guess it would be sane if you check the instructions
with the current packages in the book, and l-o build is broken with 1.50.0
and 1.51.0 as far as I know.
These are original fixes that I proposed back in June and most of them are
now incorporated. You can check if anything is missing if you don't mind.
I can give a test build for it and update instructions.
