That is what I am thinking too: modify the link at xconf to cpan:
[http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/T/TS/TSCH/Glib-1.280.tar.gz]
and remove all three from the book:

As you, I have no experience with xconf, nor how/when to add/delete perl
modules.
Let us wait a couple of days for more comments, if no one objection or
volunteer, I suppose (hopefully, pardonnez moi pour insister) you could
find some time in your schedule? No hurry, you could just accept, then,
and do when time is available.
