New description:
The "About LVM" page, while still existing in the xml source, is no longer
used in the book. I noticed that it was removed from the chapter index
here -

- but as the commit log does not mention that page, I assume it was by
accident. The reason I mention this is that there is a page in LFS -
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/chapter02/creatingpartition.html
- which links to the BLFS LVM page, so if that removal was deliberate
than LFS would need to be updated.
