1. --disable-installer is no longer recognized. The only reference to an
"installer" in configure is something called MAKENSISU, apparently for
Windows.
2. --disable-debug appears to be the default now - to build with debug
symbols you must explicitly enable it.
3. Necko now needs D-Bus (specifically, dbus-glib), not wireless-tools, so
the line to disable necko could be moved to the same block as the
--disable-dbus switch.
4. --disable-mochitest is no longer recognized.
