Hmm, I just found http://www.fluxbox.org/download/ and used the html
there. Fixed.

Probably transient. Works for me.
Yes transient. This seems to happen a lot with soureforge. I reran and
got a zero for lxmenu-data this time. And ran again with everything OK.
I use 'curl -L -s -m30 $url' to get the directory and sourceforge
frequently times out for me.

Works for me.
Sourceforge again. I think I'm getting a different page from anduin
than I do at home due to different mirrors and automatic redirection at
SF. I'm going to make the assumption that the docbook-xsl-doc version
is the same as the docbook-xsl version.
