There is a very good explanation of the new feature '''--enable-
fetchlimit''' at
https://kb.isc.org/article/AA-01304. From that, I think it is not suitable
for the instructions, but it may be mentioned in the command explanations.
Roughly, it is useful on servers which receive a large number of queries,
which is unlikely for BLFS users, but who knows?
