Comment:
As Bruce suggested that it should go into both books, I change the version
to "SVN".
Dependencies: lzo (required), Asciidoc and xmlto (recommended, otherwise
the man pages are not installed). Asciidoc is not in the book. A few other
packages can use it. It is CMMI.
