Patch from upstream committed to patches.
The error is when processing code to deal with restructured text,so
perhaps this only affects builds where Sphinx is present.
Pcre2-10.30 is a recommended dependency for Qt5 in BLFS-8.1, so this is a
candidate for the 8.1 Errata.
