#10736: ftp links to gentoo mirror broken

When updating xine-lib I noticed that the ftp link to
ftp://mirror.ovh.net/gentoo-distfiles/ did not resolve, so I removed it.
A quick grep found the following which are also not working: transmission,
libmpeg2, docbook-dssl.
Grep also matched unixodbc (old http and ftp links commented, different
ftp link is working) and freetype2 (ftp link present as an entity but
commented in the Package Information.
