After extended testing, this is not improved from what we had with
ffmpeg-3 : the basic transcode only creates avi files (with mp3 audio) and
many ffmpeg options continue to not work. As before tccat works ok.
I'm dropping the ImageMagick7 part of the patch - it is for a very limited
and uncommon use case, and unlike the rest of the gentoo patches it needs
autoreconf to be effective.
