Noteworthy changes in version 1.34 (2019-01-16)
* Support for riscv32.
* New API to allow emergency cleanup after internal fatal errors.
* Minor bug and portability fixes.
* Interface changes relative to the 1.33 release:
- gpgrt_abort NEW.
- gpgrt_add_emergency_cleanup NEW.
