 Hi list,

I'm pleased to announce the availability of mesa 19.0.2. It's a bit late,
 and I
need to apologize for that, Dad duties have been trumping other things.

On the release side it's been a pretty tame cycle. Just a few fixes for
 radeon,
a few for nir, a couple for radv, a couple for v3d, and a few other
 patches here
 and there.
