New minor version pending.
The README says:

branch_6.4 - up-to-date stable code, as of 2019.
branch_6.3 - historic code, not to be used any more. use branch_6.4
instead,
it is mostly compatible, and see NEWS for required
configuration
changes - mostly --sslproto.

But the most recent release is only fetchmail-6.4.0.rc2.tar.xz as of
August 19.
