That bug is at [https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1666836] and
talks about legacy preferences not working in GPO or macOS. I know what
macOS is, but not GPO in this context.
It appears to be something about Group Policy and appears to be windows-
only, via Active Directory. Apart from bumping the displayed version there
are osx-specific changes in taskcluster/ci/ and taskcluster/taskgraph and
in browser/components/enterprisepolicies/Policies.jsm and a related test
file.
I do not think that anything in this micro-point release will affect
builds or runtime on linux, so I'm inclined to mark it as WONTFIX, but
that's just my opinion.
