Bruce picked up that the md5sum had changed. A stealth release, it looks
as if the first version was mispackaged (various missing files for
configuring and for building on other systems, removed some doc files such
as caution.png, .gitignore, .hgtags and removed autogen.sh).
This will NOT build using the instructions I used, and the measuremens are
probably different. Reopening.
