libinput 1.16.4 is now available. This release provides updated udev rules
for compatibility with systemd 247, see the systemd announcement for
details

If you are planning to update to systemd 247, you should update to this
libinput version.
- Fix the termination of the readlink result
- Fix a few coverity complaints
- udev: update rules to handle bind/unbind events
