I would have preferred to review this (in particular, comparing whether
cmake is upstream's preferred option, and reviewing whether other options
for graphics should at least be mentioned). But it is stuck behind the
autoreconf stuff (which seemed more urgent, hardly anyone uses icewm
regularly), and now behind firefox-78.6.1.
