A tarball is avaliable at https://salsa.debian.org/iso-codes-team/iso-
codes/-/archive/iso-codes-4.6.0/iso-codes-4.6.0.tar.gz. But it untars
into a directory with stupid name:
`iso-codes-iso-codes-4.6.0-3c012d266acaeda93d3e61ec11b8c18c1964fce1`
And the sed in the book is still needed. I think the maintainers from "a
commercial distro" always use a package manager so they didn't this bug.
