Disabling selftest sounds good to me for now, but I would like to
reintroduce it next time that we have a security update for Samba. The
initial version of the ZeroLogon fixes were flawed, and the tests were the
only way for me to tell. I'd also like to reintroduce it if we get
something else in the book that needs cryptography and pyasn1. I'll update
the text regarding running the test suite, and also will make sure that
the dependencies have those listed.
