Note: the https://xkbcommon.org website is not updated yet with the
tarball and
documentation for this release, while we're sorting out some issues.
Instead
the tarball was uploaded to GitHub. Sorry for the inconvenience.

- Publish the `xkb-format-text-v1.md` file in the HTML documentation. This
file
existed for a long time but only in the Git repository.
