In fact the break is when using customized templates to hack the original ones,
like we do.
This break isn't related only to the "current" remap, but also when remapping
old versions to the new one. For the {B,H}LFS books we need to use exactly the
XSL version pointed into the customized stylesheets included in that book
version.

In that scenario, the author is delegating the look changes to the XSL
developers. The possible conflicts will arise when a newest XSL version will
match a DocBook-XML version non compatible with the one declared in their
documentation (e.g., a future XSL release for DocBook-NG.)
