Apparently, the 21.4 version is no longer available. If someone has, or can find a copy, we need it for the 6.0 branch of Anduin. I've created the 6.0 branch. Bruce, if we cannot find a copy of the 6.0 version of Emacs (21.4), you'll need to update the SVN 6.0 branch with Larry's changes.
