tests for db-4.3.27 have the same UNEXPECTED OUTPUTS but no FAIL. I am
*not* going to update the book to 4.3.28. I will note the bz entry and
return it to unassigned.
I did separate the test from the build as they are not compatible. I
will commit that change.
