If you have a glibc based system, you should *not* install libiconv
since glibc has its own implementation of iconv that is not compatible
with libiconv.

Perhaps we should have a note in the glibc instructions that libiconv
should not be installed since it is incompatible with glibc. CCing
lfs-dev for their consideration.
