One interesting approach would be to do something like PHP does and
allow users to post comments on each page.  I do not have a good idea
about how to go about doing that.  A WiKi is one possibility or a custom
php application would be another.  If no one ever adds comments to a
page, then we could conclude that either the instructions are perfect
(right!) or no one uses that package.
