After reading the entire 22 messages in the thread, I agree that these
executables should not be in /usr/sbin.  I believe the consensus is
/usr/lib/packagename.

A quick check of BLFS shows 40 packages that use the --libexecdir
switch.  Lets update these in SVN as time permits.  I'll put in a
bugzilla entry.
