Oh, it looks like you've fixed the ones in the book that had capitals
in their Wiki titles.  I was thinking about Libvorbis, XMMS and Xpdf. 
Moving forward, though, what will the policy be?  For instance, some
time back I made this page to have a listing for Libvorbis:

All the names I put in are the mixed case Wiki style.  Right now, they
don't link anywhere, but those links don't match the book links.  In
the other thread, Miguel wanted to put some info on the kdelibs page. 
I was going to create it for him, along with a bunch of others, but I
didn't know what to title it.  Currently, the book has the link going
to kdelibs in the Wiki.

I don't mind changing the titles in the Wiki, but I want to set a
policy so we don't keep running into this problem.
