It looks fairly harmless. From a google search, it does seem to have
popped up in other distros.
It's not fontconfig. That's the core X font system. I get the same
message. I'm pretty sure it's harmless, but I'd also like it to go
away. I think it's there no matter what you put for FontPath. I
think it's known by the X developers, but I can't recall where I read
that.
