Correct, this is a bug in Nautilus CD Burner, and this should be noted on the
page (i.e.: CD images with non-ASCII filenames can be created only in UTF-8
locales). It is, however, possible to create such ISO images by hand:

Good, that's what I thought you meant.  Well, not good in the sense
that it's a bug.

This is not an operator error.

Thanks for the tips.  I'll play with that later, but this isn't a
Windows support forum after all. :-)

OK, patches will be in soon.  I'll try to get the book fixed up tonight.
