I'll go look through the patches archive soon and check this in. The
patches project is kind of unmaintained right now, so there are some
submitted patches that have slipped through the cracks.

Could you point me to the nss.h discussion? I don't recall that issue.

If I have time, I'll give it a shot. It may have to be the way it is
now for the 6.2.0 release, but I will work on firefox-2.x with this
info after the release. Firefox is my main browser, so I'm looking
forward to building the new version.

For now, it might be best if you added the localized info to the wiki for now.

Luca, please understand that the main focus right now is to put a
stable build together for 6.2.0 right now. If it seems like you're
being ignored, it's because the focus is on fixing up the book for
release. New development will start shortly.
