I suppose the only thing you need to watch for (validating will
immediately bring it to the forefront), is that if a program or lib
name already exists (from Xorg9 or XFree, not sure what is there),
you'll need to make it unique somehow. Instructions (tips for how
it has been done already) can be found the in the template/template.xml
file in trunk.
