To make a sysroot build actually work I needed to modify
xkeyboard-config a little bit. I did it in a way so that it would work
on standard build too. Patch is here,

. It uses relative paths for the compiled -> /var/lib/xkb link and
xkbcomp -> $XORG_PREFIX/bin/xkbcomp links. It also makes sure that
$(DESTDIR)/var/lib/xkb exists so xorg-server installs properly
afterwards without having to manually create the dir.
