Ok, I'll wait for Randy's opinion. Regarding Trac: I logged out, closed the page and deleted my cookies, logged back in but there still is no Action section. It seems that I can comment and attach files though, because there are buttons for that. Didn't really try it out because I didn't want to make an edit without content. Any other ideas pls?
