OK, that is what confused me, I downloaded the pycairo-1.10.0.tar.bz2
file which is what I questioned this.

gnome-applets-3.2.1 would be the main one. After reviewing by build, I
just realized that I have not been building this package as it is not
referenced by anything. I suspect it is related to the fallback mode
which is something that I have not been testing out as it is of little
intrest to me. I'll have to get back to you on this one as I'm not sure
which other packages were dependent on this but I'm pretty sure I had to
have two versions.
