[blfs-dev] 2 issues in the book

Hi,

As we think it can help, the French translation team wishes to report
you 2 little issues in the book.

The lest important is in the changelog. Since the reorganization of
changelog, the changes between 2011, January and March have disappeared
completely. In French, we let them, but maybe it'd be a good thing to
have them in English too. Because now, it creates a gap of 2 months
without explanation between 2010 and 2011.

A slightly more important issue is in openoffice.xml. The lines 378-385
are repeated twice, as we read them in 398-404 too. Here's the contents:

A little fix seems to be useful.
