Anybody built libproxy with mozjs support (the default)? I believe we 
should probably add -DWITH_MOZJS=OFF by default, but figured I'd pass it 
to the brain trust for verification. Maybe somebody has a quick fix? 
It's not something I'll use, so I'm content to nix it.
