I think the book is to be read by humans so I've been moving towards
capitalising the words and removing dashes from the titles. Eg, I'd
prefer it was written Gnome Desktop 3.4.1. But I can see your point,
the index does look odd with some things capitalised and others not. If
we settled on having the <title></title> as the package name (based the
tarball name?) I could live with that.
